Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Refund Process: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery.
