Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our Contact page or email us at homelifefix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please ship the product back to us within 2 days of approval.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or customized items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
